Minding Your Mind helps you learn about and take control of your mental health. It includes comprehensive tracking of your sleep, activity, mood, symptoms, and behaviours to get a more detailed picture of you and provide you with actionable insights and evidence-based strategies to help you self-manage your mental health. Researchers at the Brain and Mind centre have created Minding Your Mind as a tool to help you understand your mental health and identify patterns, empowering you to discover what works best for you.

All data you enter into the app is strictly confidential and not linked to your identity. If you choose, you can contribute your deidentified data to research and make an important contribution to science and our understanding of mental health.
