App Description
Conduct Aged Care Assessments for MyAgedCare
Aged care assessors can use this app to conduct assessments (both using the Integrated Assessment Tool (IAT) or the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) Assessment Tool) when there is no internet access. Download client information beforehand from the assessor portal and upload the assessment information when you're back in the office. The app is designed for tablet devices.
Use the Aged Care Assessor App (the App) to do assessments using a tablet device when the internet is unavailable.
Download your assessment referrals before visiting clients. The app contains an electronic version of both the IAT and AN-ACC Assessment Tools so you can do the assessment.
When you're connected to the internet again, you can upload this information and finalise the assessment in the My Aged Care assessor portal.
You can also use the app to do unplanned assessments. It allows you to create a new client record and perform an assessment for an unregistered client. You can then link the assessment to the client record once they've been registered.
