- Movement Library – with all the movements required from our own Physical Trainers.

- Step Counter – to prepare you for the movement around bases, a step counter aimed to increase your steps dependant on how many weeks till your first day.

- Pre-Enlistment Fitness Test results – testing the standards to see if you are improving each week.
