ADF Ready builds your fitness for a career in the Australian Navy, Army or Air Force. The app provides access to ADF specific and professionally developed exercise programs, including the following functions:

- Workout Calendar – you choose which day of the week is a strength, conditioning or recovery day.

- Movement Library – with all the movements required from our own Physical Trainers.

- Step Counter – to prepare you for the movement around bases, a step counter aimed to increase your steps dependant on how many weeks till your first day.

- Pre-Enlistment Fitness Test results – testing the standards to see if you are improving each week.
