You use the OTP app to log in to the digital platforms of CEPA and CEWEZ.
OTP stands for 'One Time Password'. With the OTP app you generate a unique password that is valid for 32 seconds. You call up this password with a personal pin code or your fingerprint. The identification method depends on the capabilities of your device.
The unique password gives access to the digital platforms of CEPA and CEWEZ, among others. Their mobile applications, such as apps for smartphones and tablets, also use the OTP app.
Before you can use the OTP app, you need to activate it:
• If you have a hard token, log in to your organization's platform. There you call up a colored QR code, which you scan to activate the OTP app.
• No access to your organization's digital platform yet? Then contact them. You have to visit in person to activate the OTP app.
