The I Am StreetSmart app is an add-on to the StreetSmart Impact app. I Am StreetSmart actively involves participants in the data registration of their personal development process. The app is a digital coaching device which facilitates remote coaching between a youth worker and the participant. See upcoming interventions, fill out surveys, respond to questions and evaluate your learning progress to provide your mentor with accurate information.
MAIN FEATURES
1. Agenda: see and join (upcoming) educational interventions organised by your organisation.
2. Self-evaluation: connect with the StreetSmart Impact app and evaluate mood, skills, goals and social contacts yourself to make sure your mentor receives accurate information.
