- second ship mechanic with a main propulsion system of less than 3000 kW - control level;
- second mechanic - control level (without restrictions);
in the following cases
- initial receipt of a qualification document;
- exchange of a qualification document to a higher level;
- extension of the qualification document in the absence of certificates of navigation in accordance with subparagraph 2 of paragraph 92 of the Regulation (hereinafter - a long break in work in the specialty).

        When working with the application, you will be fully prepared for the Qualification Tests conducted no later than ten business days from the date of submitting the application by writing or computer testing using computer programs and databases or a list of issues agreed by Rosmorrechflot and an oral interview based on the test results. Assessment of the results of qualification tests is carried out according to a two-point system: passed, did not pass.
       Having properly worked out all the questions of our Delta Test application, your result will be - Passed.
       In case of positive results of the candidate’s qualification tests, a conclusion is drawn on his compliance with the requirements prescribed for the function, level of responsibility and position introduced in accordance with section A-I / 1 of the STCW Code in the issued diploma or qualification certificate. The results of qualification tests are recorded in the protocol of qualification tests.
