Hapo Ndani is a privacy-first Android companion for the Ndani private AI pilot.

This internal test build keeps the mobile scope narrow: save one pilot memory only after an explicit permission decision, then review the local audit trail on the device. There are no accounts, analytics SDKs, ads, or cloud sync in this Android build.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
This Android companion does not send pilot notes, prompts, files, telemetry, or usage events to Ndani servers. The current proof stores notes locally on the device and disables Android backup for app data.

INTERNAL TESTING SCOPE
Model download, hardware-fit checks, voice, file access, and data-offer flows are not public Android release claims until those features are implemented and verified on real devices. The desktop Ndani app remains the stronger local AI runtime path.
