Within SP Squad, each student finds their own training sheet organized according to their goals and level, eliminating any doubts about which exercise to perform each day. To ensure correct execution and reduce the risk of injury, all exercises feature explanatory videos and images, allowing students to follow each movement safely and confidently.

The app also functions as a progress diary.
