One of the newest residences in the neighborhood, Alphaville Burle Marx was launched in 2009 and has unique characteristics.
Its urban design was carried out by Reinaldo Pestana's office, author of large condominium projects. He joined his expertise with that of Roberto Burle Marx, one of the greatest Brazilian landscapers, who was responsible for the landscaping of the site.
The modernity existing in the BM is another highlight. It has an underground wiring infrastructure that, in addition to the aesthetic part, reduces light outages. There is also a large leisure area, with more than ten items, and a commercial space with 72 lots.
All of this resulted in a unique concept residence, which today is home to more than 270 families and is managed by a Board of Directors who are voluntarily dedicated to doing the best for the Association and its residents.
