The Ideal Solution App offers easy and practical solutions for interaction between residents/associates, trustees and employees of your Condominium.

With the app, you can stay informed about your condo or association from anywhere!

Check out some of the various features available:

1. View open charges from your unit and obtain a 2nd copy of slips (with automatic recalculation of fines and interest);
2.Make reservations and check the availability of common spaces/services;
3. Access condominium news;
4. Access condominium/association documents (such as meeting minutes, convention or accountability documents).
5. Communicate with the trustee and administrators through self-service;
6. Create a network of relationships through classifieds, lost and found, group rides (easy ride);


IMPORTANT: before installing the application on your cell phone, make sure that it has already been purchased by your condominium administration. Without this requirement, it is not possible to install and use the system! (Withdrawal of this message, as people will seek the Ideal Solution as an application and not the Group through. This alert message falls into disuse in our case of personalization.

Then, download the Ideal Solution app and activate your access account. This activation can be carried out in two ways: through the invitation sent by email by our relationship team or through the application itself (just click on the “Register” option, using the identifier number described on your ticket), enter the Ideal Solution website on the condominium tab and follow the step-by-step instructions.
