School-student/parent communication via smartphone

The Colégio Monte Real app is an optimized electronic daily school diary in the form of an app where students/guardians can instantly access all the information that the school provides about the students via their cell phones. It is, therefore, a mobile app used by students/guardians to receive daily information of interest to them, generated by the teachers/school coordinators, and also allows them to send information to the school.

It provides students/parents/guardians with access, via their smartphones, tablets and computers, to information about the school's daily routine, such as:

- Daily classroom routine;
- Homework assignment notices;
- Test subject and test dates;
- Messages that require immediate, urgent information;
- Notices sent by the teaching staff and the board of directors;
- Notices of various events (celebrations, meetings, etc.);
- Notices by students/parents to the school of any absences from class;
- Direct access to educational websites recommended by the school.

The Colégio Monte Real app includes the same fields as traditional paper diaries, in addition to offering new and exclusive areas for school monitoring. In this way, the app allows for recording daily routine information and details about various school information and notices, as well as recording events through images (photos). In addition, the app contains a message field, where the school can write important information for students and/or their family members (guardians) and vice versa. It is worth noting that the app allows students or their guardians to receive it instantly when a teacher records information in any of the diary fields or records a message for the app.

Licenses must be purchased from the school and will be sent to students/parents as soon as payment for the login is identified.

Students/parents must download the app free of charge from specialized stores and then log in with the information sent by the school.
Students/parents can choose to purchase one or more subscriptions.
