The Protec Gestão e Serviços application can be used by Liquidators, Porters, Residents and has several resources, among the main ones:
• NOTICES: Notices sent by liquidators or administrators, residents will receive notifications in real time on the Protec app. No more papers stuck to the elevator or informal whatsapp groups.
• RESERVATIONS: Residents make reservations for common spaces (barbecue grills, party room ...) through the Protec app. No more calling the concierge or superintendent to check the space agenda.
• CORRESPONDENCES: Looking forward to the delivery of your upcoming order? Porters take pictures of the packages and the resident receives a QRCode to pick it up at the concierge. No more notebooks with letters that nobody understands.
• BILLS: Receive the condominium fee through the app and with 1 click copy the bar code to pay on your Internet Banking. Won? No problem: manage the 2nd copy and pay on time! No more slips at the door or hours on the phone to generate a 2-way.
• ACCESS: “Diarista Maria arrived at your condo” this is the notification that you receive in the Protec app when someone arrives at your home! All control of entry and exit of the condo centralized! No more security breaches, make your home safe.
• CALLS: Did you see a burnt-out lamp on your pad? Open the Protec app, take a photo and send it to your management right away! Record your: doubts, suggestions, maintenance, complaints and requests. No more incident books.
• MAINTENANCE: Stay on top of when the Caixa D'Água cleaning will take place and schedule yourself for the maintenance of the condominium. Liquidators organize themselves with the demands of the condominium. No more problems and communication failures in maintenance.
