App Description

Vivo Gestão Device is a mobile device management solution.

Vivo Device Management is a mobile device management application whose main features are:

* Manage your cell phone's mobile data and SMS consumption;
* Manage the applications used by time and amount of data consumption;
* Manage websites accessed in browsers;
* Implement application usage control policies;
* Monitor your device's location.

The Accessibility Service is used by Vivo Device Management to perform the following functions:

* Record websites accessed in the web browser;
* Detect when the SIM card is replaced to prevent misuse of the app;
* Implement policies to block websites, applications, and operating system settings, so administrators can control device use according to the configuration configured in the Vivo Device Management Administrator Portal;
* Automatically unlock the SIM card to ensure the user's use of mobile data;
* Display the password entry screen to unlock access to the device;

* Restart the VPN service to manage and ensure access to mobile data on the device;
* Create notifications to inform the device user about Vivo Device Management actions.

Data Collection and Use:

Using the Accessibility Service, Vivo Device Management will collect and share the following data for the respective purposes:

* Web browsing history - will collect data from all websites accessed in the Web Browser and share it with the Vivo Device Management Administrator Portal, so the administrator can analyze and manage the information on the websites accessed;
* App interactions - collects user interactions with applications to implement website and application blocking policies, monitor configuration changes, and perform automatic SIM unlocking;
* Installed apps - collects the list of installed applications to perform application blocking;
* Device identifiers - collects web browser IDs to capture websites accessed and perform website blocking.

The administrator will only be able to view the location of devices that have the functionality available in the contracted license plan.
