The Intuitive Tecnologia app covers everything from simple condominium management to opening building doors using the app's available integrations. All with the same login and password, receiving push notifications for more important matters, online access, and real-time access to the Conecta app, making life in residential and commercial condominiums much more peaceful. Features (vary according to the enabled plan):

- Complete registration of condominium owners, their vehicles, pets, and other unit residents;

- Communication between the building manager and residents with control of pending issues, discussion groups, lost and found, notices, maintenance, etc. (with moderation);
