‣ Overcome opioid dependence

With the Pelago app, you can:
‣ Attend 1:1 appointments with your coach, counselor, or physician
‣ Set and review goals, and monitor your progress over time
‣ Track things like alcohol-free streaks or money saved from not smoking
‣ Access the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) library, which offers guided support in evaluating and changing your habits
‣ Message your dedicated care team member anytime, anywhere
‣ View your prescribed medication (if applicable)

1. Before downloading the app, sign up online. Use the information shared with you by Pelago, your employer, or your health plan.
