Team out on site or visiting clients? They can photograph receipts on their phones and send them back to the office instantly - no physical scanner needed. Receipts land in Margin's desktop pending tray, ready to confirm. The whole workflow is paperless.

OFFLINE QUEUE

No signal at the job site? No problem. Receipts are stored securely on your device and sync to Margin automatically the moment you are back on Wi-Fi. Nothing is lost and nothing needs doing - it just works.

QUICK EXPENSE LOG

For cash purchases where there is no receipt, Quick Log lets you record the amount, supplier, and category in under 10 seconds. No camera needed.

Got Margin on your PC? Scan the QR code in Settings - Mobile App and your phone links to your desktop in 30 seconds, with receipts syncing over Wi-Fi.

No desktop nearby? Sign in with your Margin cloud account to access your dashboard and log expenses from anywhere.

BUILT FOR UK BUSINESSES

Margin handles UK VAT rates, GBP formatting, and integrates with Making Tax Digital (MTD) on the desktop. This companion app extends that workflow to wherever you are.

GETTING STARTED

Option 1 - With Margin desktop:
1. Download Margin for Windows at getmargin.co.uk (14-day free trial, no card required)
2. Open the mobile app, tap "I already use Margin", then scan the QR code from Settings - Mobile App
3. Start scanning receipts

Option 2 - Cloud only:
1. Sign up at app.getmargin.co.uk
2. Open the mobile app and sign in with your Margin account
3. Start scanning receipts

NOTE

A Margin subscription is required after the 14-day free trial. Desktop sync requires Margin for Windows on the same Wi-Fi network.
