The app offers a range of complimentary health and wellbeing benefits provided by Square Health and other carefully selected partners (some optional benefits may incur a charge). It’s available to customers who have taken out an Aviva Personal Protection policy (excluding Simple Life Insurance)
What’s included with the Aviva DigiCare+ app?
• Digital GP: Unlimited online GP consultations for you and your family, available 24/7 365 days a year through the app. Speak to qualified, experienced practitioners whenever you need them.
• Nutrition support: Advice on improving your eating habits as part of a healthier lifestyle.
• Mental health support: Expert consultations and advice that’s tailored for you.
• Second medical opinion: Get another expert medical opinion on your diagnosis and treatment plan.
• Bereavement support: Practical and emotional help during those difficult times when a loved one passes away.
• Physiotherapy consultations: To help get you back after injury as quickly as possible (available to customers with an Aviva Income Protection+ policy).
• Personal Trainer Service: Expert-led sessions each year to support wellbeing and encourage an active lifestyle.
