Art MarketPlace
Is an online art marketplace for artists of high-quality and serious buyers. And for the fun of art exploration by anyone. An Artist-centric online gallery that allows users to post, browse, buy and sell artwork.
Work is sold directly through the artist, no middleman, no gallery commissions.
Our interface allows the highest resolution images to be posted. With no online rival of our quality. Posted images by standard users need approval from our world-renowned art curators. Images are reviewed to meet our standards, but we will allow a wide range of images to be posted. But no excessive violence or porn allowed. You may become a power user at the discretion of our curators that allow you to post without approval.

Create up to three Artist profiles, either your different personalities, different Artistic styles, or three different artists entirely.

Art MarketPlace Search
Search the Art MarketPlace database of images. By User, Artist, Media, Genre, title or price. Or any combination of these. Allowing you to scroll through the results.

The Slideshows
We provide three slide shows that play automatically -or you can scroll through them at your discretion.

Art MarketPlace Slideshow is a RANDOM slideshow where ALL posted and approved images from ALL ARTISTS have a chance to be shown – NO algorithms are used. Every accepted image has an equal random chance.

Featured Artist Slideshow is the featured artist of the month, determined by The Art MarketPlace.

Favorites Slideshow is a slideshow of works selected by you the curator. Choose and build your own slideshow of images that you have posted or selected from the Art MarketPlace Slideshow or Art MarketPlace Search.

Non-logged in Users
A non-logged in user can enjoy the Art MarketPlace slide show and Featured Artist slide show and search the Art MarketPlace database. They are not eligible for the Favorites Slide show, creating artists, uploading images or leaving comments.

Art MarketPlace initial Flow (logged in users)
To upload images, you need to follow these steps. As a one-time setup.

1) login. Open the Sign in/out Page. Enter an email address, press button “Send Email for Passcode”, an email will be sent to you with passcode. Enter the passcode sent. If you can’t find the email, check your “Junk” email folder.

2) Create at least one Artist. Enter required fields First and last name, in the default form that comes up. Select an optional Artist image picture. And click “Save Artist”. You can create up to three artist “Personalities”. Any saved artists you create will then be shown in the top selection box for editing. At any point in using the app you may update an artist’s fields.

3) upload Image. You are now ready to upload images. ALL FIELDS ARE MANDATORY. Remember to click the “Successful Button” after a successful upload to clear the form to enter another image. All new users will need their images “Approved” by the Art MarketPlace curators. This may take some time. You may be upgraded to a “Power User” that does not need approval at the discretion of the curator.

Post and review Comments
Click on any title of an image, to post a comment for that image.
And review comments of your own images from others, through the Art MarketPlace Comments page.
