The WISO MeinOffice app is the mobile supplement to WISO MeinOffice Invoices - the digital online office for your browser. Handle your order processing, digital document entry, master data management and accounting conveniently while on the go!
SCOPE OF FUNCTIONS:
► Create and send offers and (e-)invoices directly on site
► Scan receipts and save them in a legally secure manner
► Maintain customers, suppliers and items and access them on the go
► Record working times and invoice them immediately
► Preparatory accounting with online access for your tax advisor
► Automated dunning with individually customizable dunning levels
► Simple transmission of tax-relevant data via DATEV interface
► Submit advance sales tax returns (UStVA) directly via the ELSTER interface
► Income surplus calculation (EÜR) with WISO tax export
► Multi-user operation including assignment of rights and roles
► Dashboard with an overview of current financial indicators
