The app also provides related information on swallowing and communication disorders, videos of different swallowing muscles, articulation and communication exercises, so as to improve the quality of life and communication of the rehabilitated patients.
This mobile application is aimed at people with swallowing and communication disorders, including survivors of stroke, head and neck cancer, dementia, Parkinson's disease and multiple sclerosis. You can learn about your recent swallowing situation through a simple swallowing questionnaire. You can find information about swallowing and communication disorders, such as symptoms, complications and precautions. This app also provides videos of different swallowing muscles, articulation and communication exercises for practice, so as to improve the quality of life of the rehabilitated patients and communicate more effectively.
