Designed to meet the needs of health professionals, families and children with motor or cognitive disorders, the application combines manipulation of physical objects (cubes) and augmented reality technology.

The application was developed in collaboration with a consortium, as part of an ANR research project: LAGA/CNRS, the CEA List, the DYNSEO company, the Hopale Foundation, and the Ellen Poidatz Foundation. The CPlay project consisted of developing and evaluating the clinical interest of tangible and manipulatable games and toys combining sensors, artificial intelligence and serious games to stimulate the cognitive and motor integration of the upper limbs of children with cerebral palsy. This application is a light version with wooden cubes, we have developed another version with dynamic sensors. The sensors will make it possible to quantify the kinematics and dynamics of hand and finger movements during gaming situations for a transparent assessment of the motor integration of the affected limb(s). Furthermore, the gamification of rehabilitation exercises, through the use of these interactive games and toys, will make it possible to maintain the child's attention and concentration, and thus significantly improve the child's involvement in his rehabilitation activities in the center or at home.
