Welcome to The Yoga Hive. Our culture is founded on the concept of nourishment, community, well-being and inclusion. With us, you will find a yoga home for all bodies, at all ages and all levels. We are yoga for everyday people.
We present you with a genuine yoga experience, centered on breath, movement, alignment and stability, to strengthen your overall practice. Our classes are taught as vinyasa flow, with offerings to accommodate everyone-from the absolute beginner to the advanced practitioner.
Because yoga is not one-size-fits-all, our aim is to nurture your needs on an individual basis and guide you toward a sustainable practice. Our teachers are hand-selected for their years of experience, and the maturity they bring to this teaching-in a safe, accessible, and playful manner.
Our boutique studio offers you a respite from routine simply by walking through the doors. Our location is in the newly-renovated Toco Hills Shopping Plaza. We are a neighborhood studio serving the North Druid Hills area, Emory, Decatur and beyond. All roads lead to us.
