Merge Creator

Merge Creator lets you scan, upload & edit 3D objects and add multimedia labels!

Students can scan real-world objects and convert them to virtual 3D models, upload pre-created 3D models, edit their creations, and add multimedia labels!

3D Scanning:
Capture your artwork and sculptures in 3D, create 3D replicas of local artifacts and family heirlooms, and make digital copies of objects around you. View your 3D scans in augmented reality on the Merge Cube, or place a virtual replica back into the real world. Share your creations with your teacher, classmates and friends around the world.

Uploading 3D models:
Students can upload 3D models they created in Tinkercad, Minecraft, Fusion 360, or any other 3D modeling program, or 3D models they found online, to hold in their hand with the Merge Cube or place back in the real world.

Editing 3D models:
Merge Creator allows students to edit their 3D model to determine how it appears on the Merge Cube and in the real world using AR! They can change the size, rotation and even edit the thumbnail.

Adding Multimedia Labels:
Students can add text, video, audio or photo labels to their 3D models! This makes it easy for students to show their thinking, provide additional information, and highlight important features of their 3D objects to share with others.
