Enhancing Livelihoods: Provide better income opportunities for tribal communities in Scheduled Areas of Odisha through systematic collection, processing, and marketing of MFPs.

Capacity Building: Train, orient, and empower MFP gatherers, Women Self Help Groups (WSHGs), Vana Samrakshana Samities (VSSs), and Community Based Organisations (CBOs) to actively participate in procurement, value addition, and marketing processes.

Fair Pricing and Transparency: Ensure transparent and timely procurement of MFPs at Minimum Support Price (MSP) through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT), enabling primary collectors to receive direct and fair payments.

Infrastructure and Value Addition: Facilitate the establishment of processing units and create stronger marketing channels to promote value-added MFP products, ensuring higher returns for tribal communities.
