Application for Monitoring High Risk Pregnant Women in Demak Regency

Application developed to be able to help health workers both from the village midwife, health center and health offices in monitoring early detection of high risk pregnant women in Demak Regency. The Mata Elang program began with the initiation of the Bonang II Health Center, which in its initial area covered a considerable number of child deaths. With the start of the Mata Elang program, it has begun to show good results, the child and mother mortality rates have gradually reduced to zero, for this reason the program has been maintained and implemented so that child and maternal mortality rates remain zero. With this achievement, this program can be accommodated by all Puskesmas in Demak Regency with the leading sector of the Demak District Health Office. So that throughout Demak, the risk of death of children and mothers can be integrated monitoring.
