Clarity Pro helps appraisers organize their day and easily manage claims.

CLARITY Pro is a companion app to ACD’S CLARITY desktop application. It’s designed to help appraisers organize their day and more easily and effectively manage their claims. Communication, vehicle photos/uploads & status updates can be done straight from the field. Notifications help appraisers stay on track on each claim.

In addition CLARITY Pro dynamic filters inform appraiser when a claim is in the workflow step that requires action/work to be performed in the desktop application, and also when a claim is pending an action from someone else.

You get easy access to essential claim information while in the field, including:
- ability to accept or reject a new assignment
- one button quick access to call the vehicle owner
- set/reschedule appointments
- take photos and videos in the field
- upload photos and videos to the claim file
- cache/save photos when in a low bandwidth area and upload later
- view any documents that have been uploaded to a claim
- share uploaded documents
- see when claim is pending a pay approval or pending audit
- see when a claim requires you to take an action in the CLARITY desktop application
