iSha (pronounced "Aisha") is a calm, privacy-first baby tracker built for the real moments of new parenthood — 3 a.m. feeds, uncertain temperatures, and the tiny milestones you never want to forget.

🍼 What You Can Track

• Feeding — breastfeeding (left/right with live elapsed timer), bottle with breast milk or formula, and solid food. Age-appropriate portion and duration hints shown at every stage.
• Sleep — naps and night sleep with a live session timer. Tap Start and iSha counts up automatically. Optimal sleep hour ranges shown for your baby's age.
• Nappies — wet, dirty, mixed, or clean with a single tap. Auto-suggests the right nappy size for your baby's age and weight, with a weight-range label for each size.
• Temperature — log a reading and see a clear warning if it exceeds the safe range for your baby's age (under 3 months flagged immediately). Supports °C and °F.
• Growth — log weight and height over time. Trend arrows and delta values show how your baby is growing since the last reading, against WHO average ranges.
• Milestones — record first smiles, first words, and every achievement along the way with notes and timestamps.
• Medication — log medicine names, doses, and health notes.
• Notes — free-text entries for anything that doesn't fit a category.

⏱ Live Timers

Start a feeding or sleep session and iSha keeps a persistent notification on your lock screen showing the elapsed time. Tap to end the session or switch sides — without unlocking your phone.

📊 Insights

See 7-day, 30-day, and 3-month views for every activity. Bar charts with trend lines let you spot feeding gaps, irregular sleep patterns, or growth leaps before your next paediatric visit.

🔔 Reminders

Set reminders for feeding, medication, or appointments with flexible schedules. The baby profile shows your next upcoming reminder with a live countdown — "in 2h 30m" or "Tomorrow at 09:30".

📚 Learn

A curated library of evidence-based health guides, feeding articles, and developmental content — sourced from WHO, AAP, NHS, and CDC — always within a tap of the activity you're logging. Every guide links directly to its original source so you can read the full guideline.

👶 Multiple Babies

Add each child and swipe between their profiles. Each baby has a personal colour theme — the entire app recolours when you switch, so you always know whose data you're viewing.

🔒 Your Data Stays With You

No account. No sign-up. No server uploads. Everything is stored locally on your device. Analytics are opt-out and off by default. iSha will never sell or share your family's data.
