The “Digital Workforce Management System” (DWMS) is a digital platform initiated by the Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission(KKEM), Government of Kerala. DWMS provides a virtual platform to connect job aspirants from Kerala with job providers worldwide. The registered job aspirants can fine-tune their career preferences and enrich their profiles to enhance their chances of getting a dream career.
DWMS has launched a mobile application (DWMS Connect) to enable job seeker registration as an easy process. Along with the web version of the application, DWMS Connect mobile app will help the job seeker complete the DWMS registration process quickly.
Once registration is completed in DWMS, based on their profile, job aspirants can view the matching jobs in their dashboard. The system has a feature to take self-assessment and help job seekers discover their core skills, assess their career options, and prepare better for the interview. Job seekers can also build professional resumes highlighting their strengths and achievements. A video profiling with a robotic discussion can also be done by the job seekers, which will help stand out in prospective employers' eyes.
As part of the KKEM skilling process, the jobseekers can also access recommended courses, help enroll in the different skilling programs, and upskill themselves to bridge skill gaps.
