Airtel Tribe enables retailers to manage customer service as well as his own account with Airtel.

Retailer Tribe App allows retailers to service customers w.r.t new customer registration, edit existing customer registration, SIM SWAP, MNP, airtime/ bundle purchase, AM cash in/out, Bill payment as well as EVD/ AM transfer for other retailers.

The App also enables retailers to manage their own account with Airtel, view/ edit profile, view/ update/ request/buy stock, view sales hierarchy, AM/ EVD pin reset and account unlock, Agent loan and do banking service on their account. The application allows retailers to view their transaction history, commission paid as well as retailer performance on Airtel services. Retailer will be able to do given self-service and service requests to Airtel. The application supports listing of key notes on training, survey, as well as manage digital notices for the retailers.

The App is available in both English and French language to support Airtel Africa operations. Airtel tribe app is simple to use and key to manage business productivity for the retailers.
