Alare883fm is a 501(c)(3) community-based radio station in the Ijebu Community.
Alare883fm is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organisation, established in 2022 to create the only locally programmed, noncommercial, community-based radio station in the Ijebu Community. Our station will reach a signal area with a population of approximately 240,000 people.
Our language is our heritage. AlareRadio intends to encourage the use of the Ijebu dialect amongst the Ijebu people.
Alare radio is an exciting and historic opportunity to address under-served media needs in Ijebu Land and help prevent the loss of our heritage, especially our language.
