The brand emerged in 1993 when Sarah Lazaretti was struggling to meet the needs of her allergic daughter. With the help of her sister Julinha, a biology graduate, she began developing products that would provide her daughter with a life freer from allergies. Realizing the positive effects of these products on her daughter's well-being, Sarah and Julinha decided to make them available to other people with allergies, thus giving birth to Alergoshop.

Since then, the company has remained committed to the quality of its more than 200 products. Currently, more than 95 substances are excluded from its formulations because they are aggressive and cause allergies. The packaging used is biodegradable, the company has the Eu Reciclo® seal, the products are cruelty-free, and most are also vegan.
