It provides the tools service teams need to manage their daily routes, document service activity, and stay productive in the field — even without cell service.\n\nBuilt for use during active service routes, Ally Employee lets crews:\n\n• See assigned properties for the day's route\n• Navigate to properties via an integrated map view\n• Capture photos of bins, trailers, and access points to document service activity\n• Submit detailed service reports tied to specific properties and units\n• Track GPS location during active service to confirm completion\n• Access training materials and reference documentation\n• Work offline in low-coverage areas — service data syncs automatically once a connection is restored\n\nAlly Employee requires an Ally Waste account to use.
