Charmeachealle “Mike” Moore Jr. delivered this impactful presentation at the inaugural Field To The Boardroom event held earlier this year in Dallas, TX. Charmeachalle, pronounced (Sher-Mike-Q-Well) is the Founder of PRO LIVING INC, where they utilize the power of influence to create a voice for the voiceless. In February 2022, Space & Equity successfully launched the inaugural "Field to the Boardroom" gathering. The vision behind FTBR stems from Founder, Obi Chukwumah’s experience growing up playing team sports. He played soccer, basketball, football, and ran track. Each sport taught Obi the importance of collaboration and the value of sharing a collective objective amongst like-minded individuals. With over 40-guest in attendance, we connected developers to realtors, investors with attorneys, and professionals with influential non-for-profit founders. Finally, I can personally confirm over $10 million dollars of pipeline and closed business has occurred as a result of the conference (Less than 90-days later).
Amongst other things, Space & Equity aims to increase networking and build equity in the space of black-owned real estate and commercial real estate, increase knowledge and gain power with expertise in real estate brokerage and ultimately produce a black community that’s well-versed and armed with the tools needed to succeed in commercial banking, real estate, financing, and lending and business ownership.
