App Description
Campaign HQ Mobile App (paired SAAS Web Portal) enables door to door canvassing
Mobile Application functions are provided by a campaign admin from the web portal with assignments for Walkbooks, Walklists, Phone Numbers, Email Addresses, Campaign Notes, Constituent Messages, and targeted areas for activities. Mobile Users are able to perform activities with greater autonomy and all information is updated in real time to improve responsiveness and follow-up activities like yard sign placement, event planning, and candidate feedback.

Core Functions
Door-to-Door Canvassing - A critical component to a modern campaign is performing canvassing and accurately documenting responses. Walkbooks and Walklists are structured to account for the various types of data that exists in a campaign: Voters, Donors, Vendors, Volunteers, and Users with various levels of supportability. Survey responses are designed to quickly capture critical information vital to the campaign and enables to user to quickly proceed to their next target. Additional Yard Sign Management workflows will now offer campaigns easy tracking of requests, deliveries, and historical locations of prior campaign requests. Surveys are also enabled to capture unique comments to better articulate critical campaign information to admins and candidates to action.
Call, Text, and Email Functionality - The constituent contact center allows for app users to leverage their mobile device to call, text, and email assigned voters, donors, vendors, and volunteers as part of a de-centralized phone bank. By centralizing the messaging components to the web portal, constituent messages can be uniform with select users remaining responsible for updating select contacts with key information available to the campaign. Volunteers can be coordinated by defined campaign members, constituents text messaged reminders for voting, and phone banking can be performed on nearly unlimited devices without being confined to physical locations, while survey information from phone calls are stored to continuously updated to improve constituent dispositions and coordinate related activities. Coordination of fundraising activities and vendor collaboration can be disseminated through our portal to specific mobile users.
Mobile app can only be used via a user license, but sign up is the first step for a dedicated campaign worker.
Map Overlay - This quick look allows users assigned walklists for canvassing to be able to review walk assignments on a map and determine the best approach for parking, distribution, and with relation to other assignments. A quick link on the mobile app allows for a direct look, with additional functionality to focus on specific walk lists for display. Walklists are able to be expanded for granular review of the household locations.Metrics: Individual and Campaign metrics with completed walk list information is tracked and made shareable via the mobile app. Users are able to track their activity and admins are able to receive real time updates of progress and campaign activities.
Data Content: Data being leveraged in the mobile app is uploaded in our Web Portal and is derived from public, private, or third party entities from our clients. We structure, map, layer, and secure data from our customers to provide an effective foundation for canvassing, constituent communications, volunteer solicitation, yard sign management, search features, and other custom features. Data can be sourced from various sources and our app leverages our data structure to present an easy to use interface and real time data capture.
