Motorway AGC Self-Exclusion Scheme

MASS is the official self-exclusion scheme for Motorway AGC's in the UK.

If you are experiencing gambling problems, or simply wish to take a break from gambling, the free MASS app lets you exclude yourself from selected venues with one simple application — no need to visit a venue in person.

HOW IT WORKS

Enrolling is straightforward. You will need to provide some basic personal information, a photo of yourself, and a government-issued ID document such as a passport or driving licence. Photos can be taken directly within the app using your phone or tablet.

Any ID documents submitted are deleted as soon as MASS has verified the personal details you have provided.

YOUR EXCLUSION

• Self-exclusion applies across the venues selected during processing
• Minimum exclusion period: 6 months
• Maximum extended period: 12 months
• After your exclusion period ends, you have 6 months to renew or remove your exclusion before it expires automatically

DATA & PRIVACY

By enrolling on MASS, you agree to your data being shared with all licenced Motorway AGC's selected to support their efforts to prevent your entry whilst excluded. Full details are set out in the MASS Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, both available at www.masscheme.com
