The PRASAR Portal & App (Planning, Reporting and Analytics for IEC Strategy and Reach) is an official digital platform developed by the Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Government of India. It is designed to streamline the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of Information, Education and Communication (IEC) campaigns under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY).

With PRASAR, all IEC processes – from campaign creation to reporting – are institutionalized through a single, comprehensive portal and mobile application. The app also tracks the flagship Meri Policy Mere Haath (MPMH) campaign, making it a one-stop solution for all communication activities related to crop insurance outreach.
