Slowly, the ultra-orthodox sector began to understand the difference between fresh meat from Israeli pastures raised in excellent conditions and meat imported from abroad, and the demand for high-quality meat grew all this thanks to the unique gospel - fresh, fine meat from pastures and cattle raised in Israeli pastures under optimal conditions, and selected one by one by the brothers Asraf - are properly slaughtered under strict and refined supervision in kosher in the ultra-Orthodox community and do not go through a freezing process, even partially.

Today, the 'Wal Dun' meat empire is already at its peak and is only expanding. The buds of the expansion are already raising skin and sinews with the opening of the large branch in the shopping center 'Barot Yitzhak', the first for its future brothers throughout the country.
