𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗵𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿:
1.⁠ ⁠Register — Sign up directly through the app. Open to all.
2.⁠ ⁠Interview — Our HR team conducts a personal interview to assess your suitability and motivation.
3.⁠ ⁠Training — Selected candidates undergo VLIPL Listener Training (online or in-person).
4.⁠ ⁠Certification — Clear the assessment test and earn your VPLL — Vibha Professional Listener License, valid for 3 years (renewable).
5.⁠ ⁠Listen & Earn — Earn a platform engagement fee after completing 40 hours of listening. Stay active with a minimum 40 hours of "Available Online" status per month.
𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗻:
Beyond the minimum platform engagement fee, for every call you take, VLIPL shares a percentage of the subscription amount paid by the caller as revenue share. The more you listen, the more you earn.
