App Description

One annoying task before you open. Stops mindless launches. One-time, no ads.

"Just one more time" — and suddenly it's been 30 minutes.

MENDOU puts one small, annoying task in front of the apps you open without
thinking. Solve some arithmetic, trace a kanji, tap numbers in order. It takes
only a few seconds — but that friction is exactly what stops the mindless opens.

■ Why "just wait" stops working
"Wait a few seconds" blockers stop working within weeks — your finger just
pushes through. MENDOU doesn't make you wait. It gives you a different task each
time, with the button in a different place each time, so your finger can't
memorize its way past on autopilot.

■ What it does
- Shows a task before a tempting app (open, or change your mind)
- 4 task types + kanji tracing. You can't pick which appears — that's the point
- Gets harder the more you open it that day
- Set the interval until the next task per app (every time to 60 min)
- See how often you changed your mind

■ Privacy
Everything runs on your device. No ads, no account, no subscription.
Your data never leaves your phone.

■ Pricing
Restrict one app for free. A single one-time purchase unlocks unlimited apps.
It's not a subscription.

A little friction, right at the moment you reach for your phone.

■ About the Accessibility Service
▎ MENDOU uses Android's Accessibility Service. It is used only to detect the moment you open an app you have chosen to restrict, so it can show a task screen. It reads only which app is in the foreground — it never reads the content shown on your screen, such as text. It does not store or transmit any of this information; everything stays on your device. You enable the service yourself and can turn it off at any time.
