Established in 2015, Tandem Cycle is our Flagship studio. Our cycling classes offer a cardiovascular and strength training experience incorporating light weights, choreography, and core work on the bike. In our classes, our riders sculpt and sweat while listening to inspiring instructors, motivating playlists, and maximizing caloric burn.

Our Movement studio offers sculpt, strength + conditioning, dance cardio, and yoga experiences. Our controlled environment features custom infrared heat panels and Bala fitness equipment to facilitate optimal results. We offer both hot + warm class types to accommodate whatever environment you crave.
