Arsacım Architect application is an application where all risk situations of a land are resolved, their status is learned in all official institutions and reported by our expert architect team. Land and plots are divided into two as zoned and unzoned. Zoned lands are areas that have been implemented and planned by the relevant municipality, on which buildings can be built and products can be produced. Undeveloped land is defined as unplanned areas that have not been implemented. There are many issues that need to be questioned in these 2 types of land.
Arsacım Architect provides services in these 2 types of land areas. Since buildings cannot be built on undeveloped lands, the following information is provided with a written report;
1- Is there an official cadastral route?
2- Is there a usage right granted by an official institution or person?
3- Has planning started in the area where the land is located?
4- Is there a situation that is subject to expropriation?
5- Is there a different situation specific to the specified land?
Thanks to this information, you can minimize the risks in your buying and selling transactions.
There are two types of services to be received on planned lands with the Arsacım Architect application. In cases where a report is requested in writing;
1- Is the land abandoned to the road?
2- Are there any limitations?
3- What is the zoning situation?
4- What are the zoning conditions?

In the visual report, which is the other form of service, a layout plan, building seating area and visual section are prepared in addition to the written report.
