App Description

Two-tap food & symptom diary for Crohn's, colitis and IBS. Finds your triggers.

Living with Crohn's, ulcerative colitis, or IBS shouldn't mean eating in fear.

Crohn's Food Tracker is the two-tap food and symptom diary built for IBD — find your triggers, calm your gut, and walk into every GI visit with the data your doctor actually wants.

— Tap once to log a meal. Tap twice to rate it: fine, meh, or nope.
— Say it instead: "Hey Siri, log a meal in Crohn's Tracker." Water and symptoms too.
— Within days, see your likely triggers ranked by confidence — by food and by ingredient (dairy, gluten, caffeine, high-FODMAP and more).
— Generate a clinician-ready PDF that opens with your confirmed triggers and their evidence, and email it to your gastroenterologist before your appointment.

HOW TRIGGER DETECTION WORKS
• Every meal you log is matched against every symptom you log, with timing. "Latte" and "cheese omelette" both count towards dairy, so patterns appear in days, not weeks.
• The Home screen shows what's been found, how close you are to the next verdict, and what to log to get there.
• Verdicts update as you log — nothing waits until tomorrow.
• Guided trigger tests (Premium): cut a suspect out for a few days, reintroduce it three times, and get a verdict you can hand to your dietitian.
• Timing insight: see whether a food usually hits within two hours or the next morning.

WHY IBD PATIENTS PREFER IT
• Built for Crohn's, ulcerative colitis, and IBS — not retrofitted from a calorie counter.
• State-aware: flare-mode suggestions differ from remission-mode.
• Stricture-aware and FODMAP-aware food guidance.
• Hydration and electrolyte nudges, because dehydration is a flare risk.
• A pseudonymous community of fellow IBD patients — share, vent, learn.

WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
• Meals, with tolerance: fine / meh / nope
• Symptoms: abdominal pain, urgency, bloating, nausea, fatigue, fever, and more
• Stool form (Bristol Stool Scale 1–7)
• Hydration, weight, and labs (iron, B12, vitamin D, CRP)
• Medications and infusion schedules

WHAT YOU GET BACK
• Likely triggers and top tolerated foods, with counts, rates and typical timing
• Severity by time of day and multi-line symptom trends
• One-tap PDF report (7-day, 30-day, or custom)
• Flare early-warning detection (Premium)
• Barcode safe/caution food scanning (Premium)
