HOW IT WORKS

Shadow Forge guides you through 3 stages and 25 sessions of deep self-inquiry.

Stage 1 - The Parts You Cast Away (7 sessions)
Begin with the aspects of yourself you learned to hide. Each session pairs a written prompt with a body check-in, asking you to notice where emotions live in your body, not just your mind. After 7 sessions, your Jungian Archetype is revealed.

Stage 2 - The Patterns That Drive You (10 sessions)
Recognize the recurring themes, defenses, and survival strategies that shape your choices. Understand why you do what you do.

Stage 3 - Integration (8 sessions)
The shadow is not something to defeat. It is something to understand and integrate. Stage 3 guides you through that final, most powerful work.

YOUR ARCHETYPE

After completing Stage 1, Shadow Forge reveals your dominant Jungian Archetype from 12 possibilities - Rebel, Sage, Innocent, Hero, Lover, Caregiver, Creator, Explorer, Ruler, Magician, Everyman, or Jester. Your archetype is calculated from your session responses, not a quiz.
