Product consultation, registration and payment of services and obligations, transfers between Aval group accounts and other banks, cell phone recharges, downloading statements and certificates, managing the security of your cards and activating your token.

• Change secure password and learn some security recommendations.
• Consult the detailed balance of your BdB products and Grupo Aval entities.
• Consult your statements and certificates with delivery to the email of your choice.
• Control the security of your products: Block your Debit Card temporarily if it is lost or stolen.
• Invest or withdraw to or from fiduciary orders.
• BdB credit card advances without password.

• Recharge cell phones without registering the cell phone number.
• Payments for public and private services, Aval credit cards and other banks and Aval credits.
• Transfer without registration to BdB accounts, or to accounts registered with Aval and other Banks.

• Register services and obligations from other banks to make the payment.
• Register accounts to make transfers.
• Use your credit quota.

Important!
To carry out the “Register in the app” process, it is important that you have your information updated. If you do not receive the code to complete this process, you must update your information in one of our Offices.

If your operating system is lower than Android 9, BdB Mobile Banking cannot be installed.
