We've refreshed BanescoMóvil!
Now you can make your usual Mobile Payment with change in your Green Account quickly and easily. When making your Mobile Payment, you can choose between your Bs Account or your Green Account, and when you select your Green Account, through the Retail Payment system, the beneficiary will receive the payment in Bs.

With BanescoMóvil you can:

- Interact with the virtual assistant DANI, who can answer your questions and concerns 24 hours a day, and also offer you information or suggestions about products and services.
- As applicable, you can log in with your main BanescOnline username or your BanescOnline Business master username.
- Include beneficiaries in your Directory when making a transaction. (For BanescOnline Business master users, this only applies to foreign currency transactions.)
- Check the balance of your products in local or foreign currency.
- Make immediate transfers to third parties at Banesco and other banks.****
- Make utility payments: CORPOELEC, CANTV, Movilnet, Movistar, Digitel, Simpletv, Net Uno, Inter, and Saren.
- Send payments using the PagoMóvil option, charged to your Bs account or your Green Account.**
- Access the My QR code option to receive payments.
- Include beneficiaries in the Frequent Payments directory for Mobile Payment.***
- Check receipts for your Mobile Banking and Mobile Payment transactions (daily or monthly).
- View, share, and download receipts when making a transaction.
- View and export recent transactions and monthly transactions.
- Perform transactions using quick buttons (Balance Check and Send Payments - Mobile Payment - Bs account or your Green Account).

** Mobile Payment is a service available only to BanescOnline users.
*** The beneficiary of the PagoMóvil transaction must be registered with the service.
**** You can also select the transfer method: via account number or phone number.

- Collect payments in person and remotely through digital channels that will facilitate your business's daily operations (for example, for delivery services).
- Provide change in cases where your customers make cash payments.
- Manage and create secondary profiles to delegate functions to your employees based on customized roles and permissions.
- Validate your credited payments in a practical and secure way.
- Have a consolidated module that reflects all operations carried out through the BanescoPagos Suite (your transactions).

Requirements:
To use the app, you must be affiliated with BanescOnline or BanescOnline Empresa, as applicable.
To use the Mobile Payment options, you must sign up for the service through BanescOnline via the "Mobile Payment > Membership" option.
You must have a device with the following features: Android version 9.0 or higher.
