If you’re a Northridge Finance customer, the Northridge app is a simple and quick way to manage your finance agreement on the go at a time that suits you. The Northridge Self-Serve application gives you 24 hour account access and is packed with useful features to manage your account easily. From updating your address or changing your next payment date, sort it in seconds. No need to phone or wait for information. Whether you’re a personal customer or sole trader, the Northridge Self-Serve application puts you in control.

With the Northridge App you can:

View information about any current or settled Northridge finance agreement/agreements, including:
• View your loan agreement document
• Your current balance
• When your next payment is due
• How long you have left to pay on your agreement
• How many miles you can do each year (PCP agreements only)
• What you’ll have to pay at the end of your agreement if you want to keep your car (PCP agreements only)
Make a payment or get a settlement quote
Update your personal details
Change your payment date
Update Bank details for each agreement
Update your address, email and mobile number

Registering for the app is quick and easy. All you need to do is:

1. Download the app
2. Enter your personal information:
• Your active agreement number
• Your bank account number used to pay your direct debit
• Your date of birth
• Your email address
• Your mobile number
3. Set up a personal password

The app is free to download and use and once you’ve completed the registration steps, you can use the app to manage your Northridge Finance agreement/agreements.
