The vocabulary trainer "Lexy" is a unique platform that helps you memorize new English words and phrases in context. It also provides exercises for additional practice (@english.maria.bathan).

What makes this platform so special is that each unit is adapted to three levels of English: Pre-intermediate, Intermediate and Advanced. Thus, you can see how the same thing can be said in basic English, in Intermediate, and in Advanced.

The vocabulary trainer "Lexy" is approved by cognitive science experts at the Higher School of Economics as a platform that is designed according to all the laws of human attention and memory.

The platform contains lots of units with study materials. Each unit consists of a text with an interesting topic, exercises, the voiceover of texts and active vocabulary.

For Pre-Intermediate level, the underlined words are translated to your native language, while the words for Intermediate and Advanced levels have their dictionary definitions in English. This will help you fully immerse yourself in the language.

All active vocabulary (the words highlighted in the texts of each level) have an audio and each word can be added to MY DICTIONARY. This is an interactive section that looks like a gallery of flashcards. It is one of the most effective ways of learning new words online.

You can study regularly at the level you are comfortable with, or you can challenge yourself and choose a level which is higher.
