D-Fit is a rower training app. It collects and analyzes your workout data via Bluetooth connection. You can log your workouts, average heart rate, distance and calories to keep track of your overall progress.
How to use:
- Turn on the app and enable Bluetooth to connect with the rower
- When it's connected, it will upload workout data to the app when workout is finished
- You can check your workout summary in the app
