Measure stroke rate, drive/recovery ratio, and stroke quality.
Stroke PRO is a simple and accurate rowing stopwatch for measuring stroke rate, drive and recovery timing, and stroke quality.
Use it during rowing training, on an indoor rowing machine, or while observing an athlete from the side.

MEASUREMENT MODES
1 stroke
Provides a quick result from a single complete stroke.
3 strokes
Calculates the result over three strokes for a more stable average.
Rate only
Press the selected button at the beginning of the first stroke and again after completing the selected number of strokes.
Rate and quality
Press the selected button at every transition between the drive and recovery phases:
- For 1 stroke: press at the start of the drive, at the start of recovery, and at the start of the next drive.
- For 3 strokes: continue marking each drive and recovery transition until three complete strokes have been measured.
The result appears automatically after the final press.
CONTROLS
Measurements can be controlled using the large button on the screen or the physical volume buttons. Volume Up and Volume Down work in exactly the same way, so you can use whichever button is more convenient.
The indicator at the top of the screen shows the current measurement stage and the remaining presses.
RESULTS
Depending on the selected mode, Stroke PRO displays:
- Stroke rate
- Drive time
- Recovery time
- Drive percentage
- Recovery percentage
- Drive/recovery ratio
- Stroke quality indicator
Open the settings using the wrench icon to select the number of strokes, measurement mode, and preferred control method.
