Mini Zone is a health data management application specifically designed for users of smart rings, providing functions for recording and analyzing basic health indicators through a simple and intuitive interface. This application maintains a stable connection with the smart ring via Bluetooth 5.0 and supports the following core data modules:

Step Tracking:

·Automatically records daily steps and walking distance;
·Hourly step distribution bar chart (00:00-23:59);
·Daily/weekly/monthly step trend bar chart;
·Manual setting of daily step goals.
Heart Rate Monitoring:

·Real-time display of current heart rate;
·Automatically generates resting heart rate line charts on a one-minute and half-hour basis;
·Exercise heart rate curve chart (requires manual activation of exercise mode).
Sleep Analysis:

·Statistics on sleep stages (deep sleep, light sleep, REM sleep duration);
·Sleep quality score (based on continuity and proportion of deep sleep);
·30-day sleep proportion trend chart.
Stress Monitoring:

·Calculates stress index through heart rate variability (HRV) every half hour.
Blood Oxygen Detection:

·Continuous blood oxygen monitoring during the sleep;

·Displays remaining battery life of the ring (10% low battery reminder);
